Benefits of Membership
Why should you and your business join the Greater Triangle Postal Customer Council?
The PCC provides a forum for professional mailers to discuss and resolve local mailing issues with their local postmaster. The PCC also serves as an avenue for its members to exchange ideas and suggestions on new US Postal ServiceTM products and services. Members interacting at PCC meetings and seminars have developed many revenue saving ideas.

Meet with experts from every area of mailing operations, including US Postal Services specialists. The PCC provides a forum for mailers to interact, discuss and resolve local mailing issues with their local postmasters and postal managers. By just talking with other mailers, a member can learn how the US Postal Service can meet their needs and help grow their business.

Exchange ideas.
-
Make and hear suggestions about using new products and services.
-
Discuss issues that effect a single business or the whole mailing industry.
A working relationship with mailers from other councils (regionally or even nationally), often results from PCC interaction at the local level. Many business members who meet at PCC gatherings form close, strong bonds of cooperation. Some members communicate regularly to seek and provide insight into various postal business and non-postal business issues and even more importantly solutions.
Share resources and support.
At your option, organize a Postal Improvement Committee to advise members on how to improve their mail center operations. Share equipment and resources at critical mailing times.
“In 500 BC, Heraclites, a Greek philosopher, wrote, “The only constant in life is Change.” In over two decades of working for the Postal Service, my career has seen constant change in mailing technology, mailing preparation rules, mail production processes, and our own Postal Service rules and requirements for our customers. I have found the Postal Customer Council (PCC) meetings to be an invaluable resource to share information with customers, to educate, to advance ideas, to discuss problems and craft solutions, and to regularly meet with mail industry leaders and Postal Service managers of change.
Constantly learning, constantly sharing, constantly preparing for the future, that’s what the Postal Customer Council means to me”
